Shoami sukashi tsuba with Tsuchime Ji. Momoyama to early Edo ( R - ]ˏ Shoki Edo ) period. The theme is a Chikirimon ( 앶\ ) or a cotton spool or spindle. This is excellent iron with fine running masame hada in the mimi and has the appearance of Ko Shoami. This tsuba has NBTHK Tosogu Hozon Kanteisho.
